Embracing the journey of inner child healing transformed my life in unimaginable ways. Before getting married, I faced the struggle of releasing the fear of living under a man’s power and the haunting fear of abandonment. The most impactful part of healing my wounds was letting go of the narrative that my dad had shaped for me; I discovered my true self! Now, I confidently express my wants and needs, leaving codependency behind and falling deeply in love with myself. The major transformation? Doing inner child work has helped me address many of my triggers and ultimately overcome them. When these triggers arise, I recognize that I am feeling triggered. Instead of just analyzing the situation, I connect with my inner child in that moment. She needs safety, connection, and attention right then and there. This process has been transformative, and I am now able to manage my triggers in real time. Additionally, I used to struggle with an intense fear of abandonment, which would lead me to seek reassurance from my partner that he wouldn't leave me. Through inner child work, I learned to confront and release that fear. By understanding that I would not abandon myself, the fear dissipated.

It's wholesome to dive within, having had familiarized myself with my inner child in my first session. To travel to a space that is my subconscious comfort zone, finding young me, minding my premature business, full of creativity and imagination. I see my face fully, my hair, my clothes, my baby dolls.. and at the same time in space, I hear me say, 'oh that's me when I grow up, referring to myself, not knowing that it's me. Then I explain that it's me, and I give myself that hug, that forehead kiss, and words of wisdom, enlightenment, and motivation. In session 2, I don't just visit that version of me, but from young me, to preteen me, teenager me, and young and dumb me -all in all, I give myself love and grace, and a talk. Speaking of the evolution of me, releasing and healing embedded traumas. To be face to face with these versions of myself was humbling yet prideful, because l've grown so much. Reflecting over my life, I realize the divinity in me is real and rare, and I overstand that it's my duty to wear it as a badge of honor. I'm grateful for past experiences and excited for the future. I look forward to the continuance of healing and celebrating past versions of myself, but I am optimistic about the life I am breathing into my future self, with the expectation of meeting me prior too!

When I was feeling unsure after so many drastic changes in my life Joshua was the resounding voice that kept me motivated reminding me I was the phoenix. He was a gentle yet powerful force that literally coached me while in the ashes after everything I taught he l was and had was burned to the ground, until I rose in all my glory. He was patient, nurturing, and helped me see clearly my limiting beliefs so that I could come back harder than ever. Breathwork Abundance session was a beautiful experience, filled with a sense of community and clarity. Joshua demonstrated great attention to detail, ensuring everyone fully understood the meaning and practice of breathwork. He then gently guided me through a meditation that brought me back to moments from my adolescence that shaped my negative outlook on abundance. We concluded the session by rewriting those limiting beliefs during meditation, both individually and collectively as a group. I am deeply grateful to Joshua for his practice and look forward to many more sessions.

Today's breath-work session with Joshua was amazing and very powerful. Joshua was very informative, genuine and compassionate durning the workshop. Joshua walked us through the practice and durning the practice was very motivating and sincere. I was able to really connect with my body through the breath-work and even experienced a healing outburst of laughter.
